I made these bag toppers using the Martha Stewart Circle Edge Punch. You can cut doilies using a selected Martha Circle edge punch of your choice, in a variety of 7 sizes (up to 12 inches) so that it will fit any size gift bag.
After cutting out my doily, I folded it in half, and make a slit just long enough to fit over the bag handle. Then I decorated this doily using layered flowers.
These doilies were made with three different circle edge punches. They are also of different sizes. There are many different cartridges now that can be used with the Martha Stewart circle edge punch. And what a great way to use them.
